Downhole parameter prediction method based on multi-layer water injection model and historical data-based model parameter identification

Wireless communication has become a preferred direction for the development of layered water injection tools due to its low cost and high reliability. However, wireless system relies on underground battery power supply,and each will consume significant amount energy. In order save energy consumption, adopts intermittent sleep mode, with intervals usually more than one month. During idle time communication, downhole parameters such as pressure flowrate change at wellhead. Therefore, it is crucial predict based wellhead flowrate. this study, parameter prediction method multi-layer model proposed. A multilayer was established hydraulic analysis tubing string, were identified updated using historical data uploaded time. The flow rate measured used inputs model, recursive relationship between layers in utilized layer. optimization time-weighting proposed address gradual changes during injection. This assigns greater weight recent data, resulting optimized parameters. Experimental results show that can effectively layer, deviation less 5% F.S., which provides technical support application popularization system.
